Privacy
The short version: the tools work in your browser, there are no cookies or trackers, and we only keep your email if you give it to us.
What stays on your device
Feedback → Markers reads your text and builds the marker file in your browser. Nothing you paste is uploaded. Your last text, frame rate and project name are saved in your browser’s local storage so they’re there next time; clearing site data removes them.
What the Feedback Translator sends
When the AI reading is on, the message you paste is sent to our server and passed to an AI model to be read, then the answer is sent back. We don’t save the text. When the AI reading isn’t available, the built-in phrasebook runs entirely in your browser.
Your email
If you give us your email (on a waitlist), we store it with the name of the tool you came from, the date and your country (from the network, not your IP address). We use it to send news about new tools and the Zett launch, about twice a month. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time.
Usage counts
We count anonymous events such as “a page was opened” or “a Resolve file was exported”, with the page, the tool and the country. There are no cookies, no user IDs and no IP addresses in these counts.
