Why vague feedback costs you a revision round

Most extra rounds don’t come from big changes. They come from guessing. “More energy” can mean faster cuts, louder music or brighter colours, and if you guess wrong you get another email. The translator splits the message into notes, gives the likely meaning of each, and writes the questions that turn a guess into a clear change. The reply draft confirms everything in writing before you open the timeline.

Questions

What does “make it pop” actually mean?

Usually that the video feels flat, not that one thing is wrong. It can be the grade (more contrast and saturation), the pace (a faster, tighter opening) or the text (bolder, animated titles). The best move is to ask which of the three they mean, or for a reference video, before you re-edit.

Is it really free?

Yes, and there is no email step. Paste the feedback, get the notes and a reply draft.

Is the client’s message stored?

No. When the AI reading is on, the text is sent to our server to be read by the model and is not saved. Without it, the built-in phrasebook runs entirely in your browser.

Does it work in other languages?

The AI reading answers in the language the client wrote in. The offline phrasebook understands English and Romanian.

How do I use it with my timeline?

Notes that carry a time can go straight to the Feedback → Markers tool with one click, and from there into Resolve, Premiere or Avid.
